Illegal Aliens are killing people in the US at a higher rate than our military
was killed in Vietnam, and the President says, That's Ok, lets give illegal aliens and terrorists US Citizen rights! President's
law suit punishes Arizona for Not Breaking Federal Law! __________________________________________________________
Coyotes, Pollos, Drugs, Violence: Illegal Immigration Kills, Maims,
and Assaults Illegals, as well as, US Citizens Latinos, along the boarder with Mexico, hire “coyotes” to smuggle them into the United States. They each paid the human smugglers about $1,800 to guide them safely through the treacherous Arizona desert. The coyotes bring drugs and violence with their cargo. Often, the violence is targeted toward the human illegal cargo they are smuggling. About a dozen Latinos paid the coyotes and were smuggled across the boarder. Their guides betrayed them. They delivered them to other, more vicious coyotes. The kidnappers demanded another $1,700 apiece for the 13 illegal’s, including two young boys, they were holding. The armed captors locked up the women. One of the guards began stripping off the women's clothes. One of the women, Maria, was there with her husband. Maria's husband argued with the kidnappers, telling them that Maria was sick, that he needed to keep an eye on her. Rather than hassle with a couple of the “pollos” (smugglers' slang for their cargo), the guards allowed them to stay together. Along with the men, the smugglers stashed her in the master bedroom. There was no escape. In another room, the women were being brutally raped after being drugged. The pollos had come from poverty-stricken towns in Mexico and Guatemala in search of a better existence. Maria told New Times that she and her husband had hoped to find work. In Mexico, jobs were scarce, and the lucky few who found them earned a meager $7.80 a day. The promise of making living wages and the perceived lax enforcement of the Obama Administration is what brings Maria and the others to walk through the desert, crawl through tunnels, and move from camp to camp, car to car, and from one band of coyotes to another within the same smuggling operation. Money is the motivation behind kidnappers' demands that victims come up with large ransoms for their release. The captives call their families back home, or relatives in Arizona, to plead for money. Impatient guards threaten to beat their captives and dump their dead bodies in the desert if the money is not forthcoming. While Maria and the other captives played a macabre version of house, they had no idea that a specialized team of police detectives, analysts, and U.S. immigration agents had begun a rescue mission to release them and arrest their kidnappers. An anonymous caller had tipped off Phoenix police about the home where the illegal immigrants were held. Investigators spent three days deciphering the tipster's information before finally pinpointing the location of the house. A SWAT team raided the house and arrested four suspected kidnappers and rescued the hostages.
rizona and seventeen other states have looked for leadership from the federal government regarding federal immigration laws. As Obama and Congress have ignored the law, more than 5,000 people have died in the US related to illegal alien violence. As many of one-third of the people in jail are illegal aliens. States, like Kansas, violate federal law when they offer resident or free tuition to illegal’s (The Dream Act). In 1996, Congress passes the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (ILLRIRA). The bill passed 305 to 123. Clinton signed it into law the same day. The United States presidential election of 1996 was a contest between the Democratic national ticket
of President Bill Clinton of Arkansas and Vice President Al Gore of Tennessee and the Republican national ticket of former
Senator Bob Dole of Kansas. The bill states, A. aliens within the Nation’s borders not depend on public resources to meet their needs; B. the availability of public benefits not constitute an incentive for immigration for the United States. The bill states no illegal alien can receive a benefit
from a state unless the citizens can receive the same benefit. California, Texas, and New York were the first states to violate
this law. Arizona is being sued for not Disobeying Federal Law. The court upheld the pretence that Arizona
should disobey federal and state law regarding illegal immigrants Three issues become clear. First, the illegal’s are not immigrants. They come to the US to create crimes, similar to the incursions prior to WWI. Second, the peaceful illegal aliens work and send their money home to their families taking jobs from citizens. One company in Kansas processes $1 million in checks monthly to be sent to Mexico. Third, the illegal aliens have created a network of Drug Cartel controlled gangs throughout the United States. The popular perception of illegal
aliens crossing our southern border is that they are merely poor Mexicans trying to find a better life here. But increasingly,
the border is being crossed by hardened, often violent criminals. During the past five months, more than 42,000
of the illegal aliens caught at the border were convicted criminals or people being sought in connection
with crimes, according to federal officials. About 139,000 of the illegal aliens arrested last year fell into the
same category.
He
shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed
ccording to an agency memo the Obama administration is stepping closer to potential impeachment and treason charges by failing to enforce Article 2, Section 3 of the Constitution. Unable to push an immigration overhaul through Congress, Obama is considering ways it could go around the LAW and CONGRESS to let undocumented immigrants stay and receive Citizen Rights in the United States. Section 1. The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. Section 2. The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States… Section 3. … He shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, … The general doctrine of our Constitution is,
‘the executive power of the nation is vested in the President; subject only to the exceptions and qualifications, which
are expressed in the instrument.' The internal draft written by officials at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
outlines ways the government could provide "relief" to illegal immigrants — including delaying deportation
for some, perhaps indefinitely, or granting green cards to others — in the absence of legislation violates the Constitution
by creating an Executive Dictatorship. The fact the Congress does not uphold it’s responsibility makes Pelosi and Reid
as co-conspirators. As Constitutional Americans go to the polls, in KS and MO Aug.3, comprehensive immigration reform is fading. President Barack Obama is threatening to put the nation's estimated 12 million undocumented immigrants on a path to legal status. Currently, there are over 14 million unemployed. Obama’s tax and tax generating war against business is trying to raise enough money to pay for this 24 million people. The 11-page internal memo, written in April to the agency's director, says: "This memorandum offers administrative relief options to promote family unity, foster economic growth, achieve significant process improvements and reduce the threat of removal for certain individuals present in the United States without authorization. In the absence of comprehensive immigration reform, USCIS can extend benefits and/or protections to many individuals or groups." What is in the Illegal Alien Invasion for Politicians?
ollow the Money! California Sheriff Gary Phelps supported legalization for marijuana for increased tax revenues to support the Sheriff’s budget. A predecessor was given a $30,000 donation to the campaign from a group of people for the sheriff to “ignore” certain large growers. One of his deputies was caught taking marijuana in a mountain raid and forcing a woman on probation to sell the marijuana. The money went to the deputy, the sheriff, and a county board of supervisor’s member. The deputy eventually went to jail for child molesting; the sheriff left with warrants against him in the stolen police vehicle. The politician? He led the charge for sanctuary cities and a sanctuary county that openly leads the nation in ignoring and nullifying federal and state laws.
Follow the Money: Lobbyist Donations in the US
1998
1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 How do the gang/drug cartels keep
Washington, Phoenix, Topeka, Kansas City, Omaha, and all of the other cities with active illegal alien gangs representing
their violent agenda? Nearly all of the politicians we send to state and federal capitols come home with more money than they
left with. How does a Kansas State Representative with little influence and ability command a quarter million dollars in campaign donations before he ever announces his run for Congress? How did millions of illegal donations get placed into the Obama campaign from terrorist/Muslim
countries, organizations, and supporters? How does $90,000 in cash end up in one politician’s freezer without any record of where it came from? The Federal and State governments have backed away from illegal gangs and drug enforcement. Governments (Oakland/California) are becoming drug lords in competition (?) with the cartels? The news did not cover the police report where three freight trucks were recovered on I-35 on their way to the border. Does anyone believe or make the argument that La Rasa or the New Black Panthers receive their funding from good natured and well meaning citizens? It is more dangerous to live in Kansas City, Washington
DC, Chicago, or a dozen other cities than it is to serve in Iraq or Afghanistan.
