The Shame of the SenateIt does not matter what political party or spectrum one comes from, except Chicago, the actions in the Senate is shameful. Citizens
sat behind the curtain they erected between them and Washington, not seeing the news, the outcomes of a growing Washington
aristocracy. Alexis De Tocqueville warned us of this centuries ago. The aristocracy has now developed the power they no longer
fear the sovereignty of the voters. Health reform passes without any concern for the voters - votes can be bought. Town
hall meetings are avoided or scripted - votes can be bought. Bills can be written and submitted at midnight just before the
vote and before they can be read - votes can be bought. Liberals will revolt when they open their eyes and ears - there
is not liberal principles in the bills or the executive orders. Liberals do not accept, they question authority, just as the
bumper stickers used to say. This is a statist movement. It is a movement to establish first a federalist state with
one political pary, a democrat party, where the political aristocracy reaches to the pillars of Rome and Berlin. Those who
call the radio stations, march in the streets for Obama this and Obama that, those who bully and threaten party members who
do not take the political bribes, have

Hate Crime Law - An Assault on the Constitution?
When Islamic Pakistanis in England beat an Anglican priest almost to death, in front of his church and
screamed how they were going burn down the church, or when other Islamic murders poured acid in the face of a raped school
girl, nothing happened. No hate crimes. When Islamic Turks murdered the white Christian boyfriend of a Turkish girl in Germany,
it is not a hate crime. When Arabs and Pakistanis in Athens attack and burn Greek Orthodox businesses, not a hate crime. When
the director van Gogh is brutally murdered by an Islamic assailant, not a hate crime. However, his Dutch film showing the
plight of the women under Islam beat and abused, the film is seen as a hate crime, not the wife beating. When a white couple
was kidnapped, the man was murdered and the woman was raped and kept for further rapes then bleach was poured down her throat
to kill her, there was no hate crime. When Koreans were targeted for robbery and murder, it is not a hate crime. When gangs
ethnically cleanse one street after another, it is not a hate crime. An average of 12 people per
day is killed by illegal aliens, and three times more whites and Asians are killed by minorities than vice
versa. The same can be found in England. To discuss the issue, one is branded a “racist.” The assault by congressional
elites is not on whites or any race, but is instituted as part of their continuing assault on the Constitution and Constitutional
Americans. Statists and globalists in Congress have introduced specific measures throughout western countries to keep selected
populations in check in the form of Hate Crimes Laws. The laws state a crime is not just a crime if Congress can find a deeper
motive, such as hate of a specific race, sex, religion or sexual orientation. In practical terms, what this means is a murder
is not just a murder if hate is involved. Congressional and state elites have determined certain lives are worth more than
others creating a protected class. The US Constitution specifically excludes classes. Courts can try the person a second time
for "hate" or rather in actuality for the same crime, twice. The issue with hate crimes
is the intent – an assault on the status quo of the political system through condoning assaults on unprotected groups.
The assault on the Constitution is an assault on the rights of the individual protected by the Constitution. Former Major
Hassan will not be tried for any hate crimes even though he could be tried with civilian court jurisdiction. Had Hassan been
killed by a disgruntled civilian from an unprotected class, the murder would have been charged with a hate crime. As the United
States continues its change in population ethnics and unprotected classes become the minority population, the consequences
may be profound. Current estimates have Caucasians and Blacks as the dominant minority populations by midcentury, one protected
and one not. When Islamic
